Donations & How You Can Get Involved

There are several ways you can get involved and help us serve our community.

None of this would be possible without the generosity, kindness, and support of people like you. Every donation, every volunteer hour, every prayer, and every act of love helps us continue showing up for those who need it most.

Clothing & Essential Items

We accept donations all year long, every day. If you have clothing, blankets, shoes, summer gear, winter gear, hygiene items, or anything else you are willing to spare, we would be grateful to receive it.

Used items are welcome, as long as they are clean and in usable condition.

Food Donations

We are always looking for anything we can freeze or non-perishable food items to help feed those experiencing homelessness when we go out each week.

Helpful items include:

Pasta
Rice
Canned goods
Granola bars
Snack items
Bottled water
Juice boxes
Easy-to-hand-out food items

Every donation helps us continue showing up with practical support and the love of Jesus.

Volunteer Your Time

If you would like to get involved by serving with us, we would love to have you.

You do not have to be part of our church, or any specific church, to serve alongside us. All you need is a willing heart to serve our community and God’s Kingdom with kindness, humility, and love.

Whether you are strong in your faith, new to your walk, or still searching, you are welcome to come see what it looks like to be the hands and feet of Jesus.

Financial Giving

If you would like to give financially, you can send your gift to:

namesakeministry@protonmail.com

Every gift helps us purchase food, supplies, clothing, hygiene items, and other essentials for those we serve on the streets.

Other Ways to Help

If you have something else that you believe could help the ministry, please reach out and let us know.

We are always grateful for donations, partnerships, ideas, supplies, and willing hearts.

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you. Your generosity helps us love our neighbours and serve those who are broken, lost, unseen, and in need of hope.
